Sunday Funday!
I’m lacing up for a long, slow distance run today. Brings
back memories of my half-marathon training in the Spring :)
Question of the Day:
- Are you training for an upcoming race? When is your favourite day of the week to put in a long training run?
When I was training for the Toronto Half in the
winter and springtime, I would always do my long run on Sundays – my interval
run would be on Tuesday and my tempo run would be on Thursday. I didn’t sign up
for another half marathon – my friends tried their best to convince me to do
the Army Run - but I plan on smashing my 10km time during the Night Run in September!
