Holiday Hustle – Day 19
After our weighted-circuit yesterday, it’s time to
take it up a notch with our third (and FINAL!) round of the Holiday Hump-Day
HIIT!
[Note: Just
for the record, “hump-day” is code name (yes, spies use it too) for Wednesday –
that wonderful mid-way “hump” of the week].
Holiday Hump-Day HIIT
Do the following exercises – 50 secs work, 10 secs rest – for a
total of 4-6 rounds.
1. 4 Squat Jumps, 4 Sumo Squat Jumps
2. 4 Switch-Lunges, 4 Alternating Backwards Lunge and Forward Kick
3. 4 Forward Punches, 1 Left Side Kick with Left-Hand Punch, 1 Right
Side Kick with Right-Hand Punch
4. 4 Plank Jumps, 4 Mountain Climbers

Remember: Treat yourself with kindness –
if you miss a workout one day (or two, or three), don’t beat yourself up! Just
try to wake up 20 mins earlier the next day and smash out a quick HIIT workout
AND try to make your next meal a little bit cleaner (and leaner and
greener!)
