Holiday Hustle – Day 23
Option 1: Yoga.
I love to sneak in a good yoga class on the weekends.
If I don’t have time to go to a studio (the transportation time and fees are an
obstacle for some people), I like to follow along with a CD that I have, or
with Youtube videos.
The great thing about videos is that you can choose
the amount of time that you have OR you can do shorter videos one after the
other until you’ve had your fill :)

Option 2: Active Rest Day.
Go for a nice hike with your loved ones, or take
yourself for a walk and enjoy some well-deserved solo quiet time :)

Remember: Treat yourself with kindness –
if you miss a workout one day (or two, or three), don’t beat yourself up! Just
try to wake up 20 mins earlier the next day and smash out a quick HIIT workout
AND try to make your next meal a little bit cleaner (and leaner and
greener!)
