HIIT It Up


You guys. My life has been changed. 



The 'interval timer' app is the bestest thing of all time! 



I realize that this makes me uber out of touch with fitness apps, but I have seriously (embarrassingly) been keeping track of my HIIT intervals on the old-fashion timer for YEARS...

Why?! Life is so much easier when you have a fancy app that will just beep (or chime or honk or squawk) at you whenever the time is up! 

Bonus: it even lets you play your own music at the same time. 

Man. Life-changer times a thousand. 

HIIT It Up


H'Okay, so here's a little wee HIIT workout for you all: it's 3 rounds of 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, for a total of 12 minutes. 

Not so bad, amiright??

It should get you feeling all nice and sweaty by the end ;)

HIIT It Up Workout:

1. 10 Jumping Jacks & 10 High-Knees (alternate for the full amount of time)

2. Burpee with Push-Up

3. 10 Plank Jumps (jump your feet out and in while in a high plank position) & 10 Mountain-Climbers

4. 5 Reverse Crunches (lie on your back with your legs up at 90 degrees and push your feet up towards the ceiling until your bum comes off the floor) & 5 Russian Twists
